"More than a concept, it's a state of mind." Rationally, young people know the reasons why the trainee program at EY is so special. However, we have to go beyond the arguments, communicating almost sensorially. In other words, an efficient concept is not enough, you need to create a state of mind that creates desire. My role in this project was developing the visual concept that represents this manifesto.
